Toddler Activity | Dot Art

Eliza got a dot art activity kit for Christmas and she has been loving it ever since. This particular kit comes with eight dot markers, and a 50 page activity book.

I was pleasantly surprised by the activity book! It has perforated pages for easy tearing, and fun pictures from A to Z. Each page also includes a fun question relating to the image which promotes reading and language development.

Dot art is beneficial and enjoyable for toddlers for many reasons. It promotes the development of fine motor skills as they control their hand movements and develop better coordination. It allows them to express their creativity and imagination by creating unique shapes and patterns using simple dots.

Dot art provides an opportunity for toddlers to explore and recognize different colors, allows them to concentrate and focus on individual dots and patterns, and most importantly is a relaxing and fun activity as a creative outlet.
