butternut squash mac and cheese

I've been working on recipes the last few months that are super easy and budget friendly as I am 8 months pregnant now. This was super easy to make for my large family of 5 soon to be 6. I triple this recipe for my family, though. - 1 cup frozen butternut squash

- 1/3 cup milk or (more if needed for consistency)

- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1/2 tps garlic

- 1 cup of cheese (your choice)

- 1/2 onion powder

- salt and pepper as preferred

instructions:

- cook squash per instruction or fresh

- boil noodles

- add milk, butter, butternut squash, spices into a blender or food processor

- put on pan on stove top, add cheese, mix until hot and cheese is melted, mix in noodles, serve!
