Running injuries can be frustrating and painful, but they don't have to stop you from staying fit and healthy. Here are four tips to help you cope with an injury and recover faster:

3️⃣Cross-train. While you can't run, you can still do other activities that don't aggravate your injury. For example, you can try swimming, cycling, yoga, or strength training. These exercises can help you maintain your cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and muscle tone.

4️⃣ Return gradually. When you feel ready to run again, don't rush back to your previous level. Start with short and easy runs and increase your distance and intensity gradually.
