Learning CROCHET 🧶 | D - 1/365

Some of my friends crochet 😍. Seeing them create cute outfits and accessories, I decided to pick up the hobby as well 😤. After researching the basics📚, I bought some yarn and hooks to start on my first project!✨

I thought I could finish a lot today (my mistake for underestimating crocheting 😂) but yep, I finished only one row of crochet after 2 hours. Had to unravel and restart multiple times 🥲.

As a beginner, it was challenging to hook the yarn into the previous loops of my crochet and also correctly positioning my fingers🖐🏻. There are specific positions for our fingers when crocheting. It helps us to hold the yarn properly and create adequate tension during crocheting.

Anyways, I learned to do a slip knot, a single chain and a single crochet. Looking forward to learn more techniques and finishing up this project!🙆🏻‍♀️
