How tretinon saved my acne-prone skin ?! 😱

Hi loves, In today’s post I am going to share how tretinon saved my acne skin problem.

Months ago, my skin went through a really bad breakout. I believe it was hormonal acne since most of my acne was around my chin and cheeks. Till then, I researched on a lots of acne products and decided to give tretinon a try.

Tretinoin as a topical skin treatment isn’t new. It’s been used to treat mild to moderate acne for almost 50 years.

It helps to

• reduce inflammation associated with acne

• prevent follicular plugging

• exfoliate the skin

How i use it?

On the first month

• I pakai selang seli, pakai then the next day tak pakai & repeat.

• remember to only wear a pea size amount of the cream and letak seluruh muka! I pakai sandwich method which is moisturiser then put on my tret cream then moisturise again. That’s it! I believe simple is more! sebab bila you ada acne prone skin elakkan pakai too many active ingredients dalam your skincare!

• pakai tretinon cream ni only during the night!

Sec month & onwards

• Cara yang sama but i pakai seminggu 5-6 kali every night

How long it takes?

Bare in mind, on the first month your skin will get a little dry, moisturise your face a lot yaa, you kena tahan sikit on the first few months, trust me it will get better, my skin punya texture dah makin smooth and hormonal acne dah under control aft 1 month++ consistently using tretinon cream.
