Fino hair mask did not work for me... 😞

I dyed my hair recently and it became kinda dry. I decided to try the viral Fino to save my hair but it didn't help at all. After washing it off, my hair felt greasy and sticky, even though I followed all the instructions. I also noticed a lot of hair fall while washing it out 💀

Apparently, a couple of people on TikTok had the same problem, all because of our low porosity hair.

Symptoms of low porosity hair include:

⚡Any hair product accumulates on the surface

⚡The hair becomes stiff in response to protein treatments

⚡It takes longer to get completely wet in the bath or shower

⚡It takes longer to dry

✨ How to check if you have low porosity hair? ✨

Take a strand of your hair and place it in a glass of water. If it floats, it means your hair has low porosity.

People with low porosity hair should avoid products containing silicone and protein. Unfortunately, the Fino mask contains both of these ingredients.This might explain why the product seems to worsen my hair quality 🥲

The one hair product that really worked for me was Lush Hsuan Wen Hua, but it's out of stock in Singapore now. 😭
