July reading wrap-up 🫶

✿ Reckless by Lauren Roberts - Honestly, I loved it, I know a lot of people said it was boring, but I was enraptured.

✿ Body Check by Elle Kennedy - I notoriously don't like Harlequins and I didn't realize until after I started it that it was one, but I was able to enjoy it a fair amount (they can never make me hate you Elle)

✿ Dirty Wicked Prince by Eden O'Neill - Don't get me wrong, I like dark romances but not the stalker/assault kind... It has a similar vibe to Hooked, so it'll thay is your thing you love it.

✿ Butcher and Blackbird by Brynne Weaver - I did love this book, but eyeballs freak me out, so I was unsettled the whole time

✿ Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros - my friend asked me to read this, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since.

✿ How to Get Revenge on A Cheating Ex by Maggie Dallen - This was so cute. The way it was written reminded me of a coming of age movie.

✿ Queen of Nothing by Holly Black - I'm sad that I didn't like this series as much as I hoped, but I thought the story got wrapped up well.

✿ Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros - This one was a little slower, but it ripped my heart out so good I can't not give it a 5/5

✿ How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories by Holly Black - I like how this lets you see a little more into Cardan's mind.

✿ King of Sloth by Ana Huang - I liked the story, but I feel like it could have been 200 pages shorter.

✿ Collide by Bal Khabra - I love a good hockey romance to cleanse the pallet

✿ If We Ever Meet Again by Ana Huang - I thought this was super cute, but something about it irked me.. I have no idea what, though.

✿ If The Sun Never Sets by Ana Huang - I liked all the details and how it was all wrapped together, but the end seemed rushed and simultaneously drug out
