Not worth the visit (for me)! 🙅‍♀️

I’ve been seeing some people posting about bringing their pups to Creamier at Northshore so… I decided to bring Nikki to check it out since I have to go there for an event and… I wouldn’t be back no matter how good the ice cream is. It is just not pet friendly as I thought (at least for my experience).😟

I was bringing Nikki alone so I fully zipped her in the pet carrier so I could quickly go into the shop to order, pay and come out to take the outdoor seat.

When I made the payment, Nikki barked once so the staff told me that pets are not allowed in the shop. So I apologized to him and said yes I know but I have to come in to order and I couldn’t leave Nikki outside unattended. So the first conversation ended here.

I brought Nikki out and sat on their outdoor seating after that. Nikki was in the unzipped pet carrier and I placed the carrier on their bench. This time round, another female staff came out and said pets are not allowed to stay beyond this line. She used her feet to point the line on the floor. I was puzzled so I asked her what she meant. Do I have to put my pet carrier on the floor beyond this line on the floor since there’s no chair? She said yes.

Well, I have checked on google reviews seeing there were other pups sitting on the bench without any pet carrier or mat and mentioned that creamier here is pet friendly. But I decided not to argue with her. So I told her to make my green tea latte in the take away cup. At the end I brought Nikki and went to sit on the public bench opposite to finish my drink and ice cream.

If you know me, I hardly post negative reviews but after I considered for a long time, I still decided to post this so other small pups wouldn’t get a disappointing experience like us! I definitely understand different shops might have different dining policies. U can still bring your pups there if u dont mind putting your pet carrier behind the line on the floor!
