VDAY IS COMING AND WE NEED CUTE PHOTOS

But what if staged photos are #NotForMe ? What do you do when your boyfriend shy?

Here are some photo tips that worked for me and my bf!

He prefers photos that are not staged but he loves taking photos with me. The only thing is…I have to initiate most of our photos rolls 🙄

But…that’s okay! Here’s how you can direct your “noob at photos bf” to get cute couple shots

Tip ☝️USE MIRRORS

I love using mirrors because it gives you something to interact with- it’s great for people who are awkward looking into a camera head on and you can direct your movements. We took the first pic by the Arts science museum.

tip ✌🏻silly goofy mood

People who are awkward with posed images have a tendency to make silly faces/not be serious, so let’s work it to our advantage and engage in some silly shots!

Tip 3️⃣

take videos and look for a frame you like! This makes it more natural and you can get some super cute candid shots!

Tip 🍀

Use film/disposable cameras! Grainy effects tend to hide the awkwardness and flash effect can make most people look kinda cool- my bf usually prefers film photos of us! We use the Instax mini Evo- it’s a poloroid but it gets the job done. Alternatively you can use film apps! I like to use Dazz Cam and OldRoll
