I've been on a weight loss journey for about a year now and have lost about 50 pounds. It has not been easy at all, there have been plenty of days where I've binged terribly, not eaten, stayed in bed and questioned this entire process. What has kept me pushing is coming to an understanding that being consistent doesn't mean being perfect, I'm also looking forward to being my most healthy self.

Workout Habits: Walking 5/7 days of the week at least 4 miles but up to 8 miles on those days. I lift 3-4 days out the week focusing on my whole, upper or lower body.

Eating Habits: Mostly low carb, I eat shrimp, salmon, chicken and have red meat about 4-5 times a month. I love veggies more than anything, I eat a ton of brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, zucchini, squash, peppers, this list goes on, and typically will pair it with a single portion of some type of carb/starch. I also drink 2-3 30g protein shakes on weekdays and eat around 1800cal/day. If I'm craving something high in calories or sugar I eat it but in moderation.

I still have about 40lbs to lose so if you'd like to see more of my journey I'll be posting more photos and videos along with my meals.
