How i cope doing LDR?

I have been doing LDR for 6 months now, and doing it for another 8 months 💔

My man is away for NS (dont ask me because it apparently confidential) but i just thought i would share about about this journey.

First main reason, he got the opportunity to do his NS in another country so he took it.

Second reason, money was good. Man already had the mindset to settle down after his NS as he completed his education studies.

For me, initially it was hard but i feel that we needed to compromise things. Being away sucks, but glad that we managed to set some time to call EVERYDAY.

But to me, i mainly cope my going out with my friends. I wouldn’t say work because as of now im jobless till June but im pretty sure once i start full time, the time will be fast & i get to see him 🤩 But yes i mainly distract myself.

I know he is doing this for himself, his family & for us, which is why i allow for him to do his NS there. I know for a fact that i want to settle down & its no other than him 🫣
