Strawberries Shortcake Cookies 🍓🍰

COOKIES:

* 1 cup cold butter (2 sticks)

* ½ cup granulated sugar

* 1 cup brown sugar, tightly packed

* 2 eggs

* 3 ⅔ cups flour

* 1 tsp baking soda

* 1 tsp vanilla extract

* ⅓ cup finely diced strawberries

* pinch sea salt

Frosting:

* 4 oz cream cheese room temperature

* 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

* 2 tsp vanilla extract

* 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter room temperature

Topping:

* Strawberry jello

* Golden Oreos

* Butter

Bake on 350 for 12-14 minutes!!
