how to make the most of your concert experience! 🎤

since the “end” of covid, i’ve been to 5 concerts in total and in order to make the mOSTTT of ur experience, here are some tips i have for any concert goers!!

1. GO DOWN EARLIER! (even if ure not in the standing pens)

if you’re going for a pop concert, definitely head down earlier as there may be fan projects! these projects usually come with banners or light sticks that you will be given by the fan accounts! it’s really nice to be part of the projects as there’s a sense of belonging while you’re in the concert, it’s also a nice memorabilia to bring home!!

2. TAKE LOTS OF FLASH PHOTOS!

while flash photos may not be allowed during the concert, DITCH NIGHT MODE 🌙 and showcase ur amazing fits thru flash pics pre/post concerts!! concert venues are always very dimly lit and i feel like flash pics will help encapsulate the raw moments from sweat glistening to the shimmery makeup 🫶🏻

3. DRESS APPROPRIATELY

it’s very easy to get carried away with dressing over the top for concerts but take note of ur venue and dress accordingly! if ure gg for a seated concert in venues like the star theatre/esplanade concert hall, remember to bring outerwear as it might get a bit chilly. if ure gg to the indoor/national stadium, be prepared to jump around and get sweaty, so dress in comfortable shoes and flowy clothes so you don’t feel restricted!
