I REGRET NOT CONTINUING PILATES

HEY😝 just a girl who wants to share her opinion about pilates…

i first started trying pilates using classpass free credits, and i absolutely fell in love with pilates. i believe it’s known that this is one of the exercise that is on the pricier side, like only all the rich tai tai or working moms would go for it.

as a student, i wanted to fit this into my routine so bad😭😭 but where to get the money from LOL… pilates class prices are actually crazy tbh.

however, putting aside price point, i think pilates is great, it really trains your core and muscles a lot. as a sports person who did sports since young, pilates was actually not as easy as it looks. you have to have such a strong core to be able to make the sets look effortless🥲 i LEGIT admire those with such strong core (last time every time in class i stare at them)

probably many people face the decision to choose between pilates or gym, honestly i would say going to pilates is so much easier than going to the gym… i feel like pilates is a mindset, somehow it makes me feel super productive. like on days where i plan to go for pilates, i plan my day to be super stacked as well, like going to cute cafe’s after etc. i honestly think this is a girls thing 😅😅

i regret not continuing pilates but the prices are crazy to afford as a student💔💔💔

but so far, the cheapest pilates studio i know of for students are at absolute, where they have student package for $200 (10 lessons), their shower facility is pretty nice too, they use vitamin spa for body wash and tsubaki (?) for their shampoo ++ they provide towels so no need to bring ur own towel.

please lower the prices much more for students @ pilates studios 🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻
