Ever struggled with going out to eat on Keto?

Usually I try not to eat out just because I don’t like having to modify my meals & sometimes it’s just not as enjoyable since I have such limited options! But it was a family members birthday so I did what I could! Olive Garden was a hard one but I went with the chicken Marsala & instead of having it over Alfredo pasta, I asked if they could sub broccoli instead! Still SO delicious 🤤
