Reason for quitting Panda Express: my mom made me I was going off to college. She said she would support me for my first year . Then as soon as I started ask in her for money she wanted me to automatically go back to Panda Express 😭like Whattt. Manger was ok, at Panda Express you don’t have the same manger that hired you and they stay. They moved around so you get a different ones from different places. So some manger were absolutely shit and some were great m. The higher ups didn’t care though.

Reason for target: start of POOR MANAGEMENT and staffing.

For staffing you would basically have to work for yourself for hours. Or you get two max but even with breaks you just had to leave. Manger woudnt train me properly would leave it up to my coworkers. I thought it was unfair to them they were so sweet to the coworkers trained me and so grateful but I knew it wasn’t right still. Gave me the wrong payment amount and didn’t give me my check. I was trying to pay me 16.00 instead of 20 I told both hr and manger. Manger even admitted to being a “B WORD”to me. None did anything about it I actually had to call everyday and do all this stuff. Ended up needing to do an emergency voucher(gave me that money now). after that I got a call from someone else saying they still didn’t give me my other paycheck as well 💀. Like wtf. Always never again.

Current job Forever 21: my first Retail job( hard to get a job with no retail experience everyone kept more looking for someone with experience). All of them are more my age 19-24 and one in her 30s. Honestly I like it there a lot very nice get to wear whatever I want. Hard at first but was able to get hang of it.

Anyways (panda pays really well always ahead sadly they don’t take minors anymore. But if you were to get a fast food job and want a lot more money that one good choice.

Target: no wonder they say never to work at large corporations like target 😒😔
