Morning Eatz (Feeding my soul & body)

Last night I could not sleep at all! Around 6 this morning, I had the urge to go into my prayer closet. It took me a while because I did not want to get up, but I did anyways.🫣 I put my phone on “God’s Time”, turn my worship music on, and I just began to pray. At first I didn’t know what I needed to study or what to pray for because to be totally transparent I haven’t studied my Bible for some weeks now. I been praying, but haven’t been studying.🥲 Long story short, lately I been having thoughts about not being good enough, giving up on my business and college, and just a lot of other things. As I was praying, in my spirit led me to read about “How to become a CHRIST-LIKE Wife?”. Today I did part 1 of that, which was Ephesians 5:12-24. Reading that scripture made me really do some soul searching and reflection of myself. I’m telling you, all my GFS/FIANCÉS/WIVES and even my single ladies get in that prayer closet! 🫵🏽 God revealed some things about myself that I needed to reflect, heal, and be delivered from. 🫨

What I learned from the scripture: ⬇️

Wives have to respect their husand and allow your husband to lead. For example, your husband is in the driver's seat and you’re in the passenger seat. A wife can give her husband direction and guidance, but it doesn't mean snatching the wheel. Have your voice, but don't steal his role as the driver. God created your husband to lead and be the man of the household for a reason. It does not mean control, but it means leading your family to what's right. Just be his GPS and guide when he get knocked off course. God is working on him as well. God is leading him too. Let that man lead because you never know when God is going to use you to be his guide. You want /need your husband to be receptive of your guidance. Sometimes our husbands can't receive us because we are too vocal meaning nagging, tearing him down, etc. Sometimes we need to be the ones to just listen. Not always being heard.

Be INTENTIONALLY vocal, NOT NEGATIVE
