Enchiladas w/ Spanish rice

This one is very simple and easy to make!

1. Cook your ground beef with red bell pepper and onion.

2. Add a little cheddar cheese and enchilada sauce to your ground beef.

3. Put the meat in tortilla fold it and put it in baking pan.

4. Add enchilada sauce and cheese bake for like 8-10 mins.

5. Add garnish of your choice. I did parsley!

6. Cooked some Spanish rice to make it more authentic!
