Pumpkin cheesecake brownies 🎃🍫

If you need a fall dessert but don’t want to take a lot of time making it, these pumpkin brownies are for you! You just need a few ingredients, most of which you might already have on hand!

First make your favorite brownie recipe or a brownie box mix according to the package directions. Pour this in a greased, parchment paper lined 9 inch square baking pan and pour half the brownie mixture in.

Next you’ll make the pumpkin cheesecake layer by whipping up 8 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 2/3 cup pure pumpkin purée, and 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice. Once that is light and fluffy, spoon on top of the brownie mixture. Pour the remaining half of brownie mixture on top and use a spoon to swirl it together.

Bake this in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when a toothpick comes out clean! These brownies are rich and delicious, have a fall flavor but you don’t have to give up chocolate. This world is so pretty, I love the contrast of the chocolate brown and warm orange together!
