This routine and hack benefits both your hair and your body! I do this on a bi weekly basis.

Hair oiling and hair masks are super popular and can be awesome for hair health, hair growth, etc. I have been using rosemary and grapeseed oil in my roots, then grapeseed oil, over the rest of my hair at the end of my hair wash cycle, before hair wash time. This is supposed to help with growth and hydration. However, I hate wearing this in my hair!! I try to let it sit but I hate the smell of it and it feels heavy to me.

I have also noticed that when I have oil or a mask in my hair and I work out, it makes me sweat like CRAZY which can honestly be super nice. Sweating is actually great for you! It helps flush out substances and rid some toxins. But, this hair situation makes me sweat double the amount during my cardio days compared to without it.

So the perfect combo is wearing the hair mask during my cardio days! Not only does it make me let the mask sit in my hair, but it helps me sweat even more. I am getting gross while working out anyway so I care less that the hair mask is in compared to if I am letting it marinate while working, doing chores around the house, etc.

This is such a great combo and mutually beneficial for both categories! Highly recommend you try.
