I just wanted to share my breakfast with you this morning because it was SO good! This is one of my favorite easy breakfast go-tos during my weight loss journey!

My favorite thing about it is the fact that I can be super versatile with my yougurt toppings! Today I decided to go with a nice fall recipie to kick of October🍁! The combination of fresh picked honey crisp apples, walnuts, and cinnamon was to DIE for!
