BARS | Hidden Groovy Retro Bar in Town

Before the year 2022 ended, I dropped by a bar that I came across on social media and I am here to share this hidden gem with you!

We made an online reservation before heading to the place, where you are given the option to choose bar seats, seats, or high tops. I would not recommend you to walk in as the place was already full house by the time my friend and I arrived after dinner. On the day we went, the bar had a Rad Dad themed party where the 80s and 90s retro pop and disco songs were playing in the background. Not to mention the interior and decorations of the bar did bring me back to the 80s and every corner of the place is a perfect photo spot.

My friend and I got the signature drinks Salty Sally ($19) and Funky Monk ($20) which tasted great although they are on the pricier side for the portion offered. The Salty Sally was made with peddlers salted plum gin, lemon, and egg white while the Funky Monk consisted of green chartreuse, lime, cucumber, mint, soda, and ginger beer. I personally preferred the Salty Sally which had a refreshing yet salty aftertaste.

I would highly recommend you to go try it out if you are looking for a unique bar experience in Singapore!
