These lemon curd tartlets were a HIT today they were gone before dinner was even close to being done!

I made my go-to homemade flakey pie crust, cut them out with flower cookie cutters, pressed into a mini cupcake pan, poked with a fork and baked. Dusted them with powdered sugar and filled with a homemade lemon curd made with lemons from our tree (this was my first time making lemon curd and it was RIDICULOUSLY good and easier than I thought) definitely going to be a new tradition for holidays/parties 🥳
