It’s okay if…. 🥳

My daughter hasn’t had a proper birthday party since her 2nd birthday.

For her 3rd, Covid was amuck so we didn’t bother to plan anything and then we moved.

Every year that we haven’t had a party, we allow her to choose an activity or place she has wanted to go, and we do that along with some gifts and a treat. She also gets to choose dinner.

It’s okay if your child’s birthday looks like this.

They don’t need tons of friends or gifts or a party to be happy or feel special. They need you, and your undivided attention. Memories for both of you. It may be their birthday, but it’s your birthing day and it’s supposed to be special for BOTH of you.
