Home Recipe: Cheesey kielbasa hashbrown bake

Occasion & Servings: dinner, multiple servings

Ingredients & Portions:

-32 oz bad shredded hashbrowns

-1 1/2 cups milk

-1/2 cup sour cream

-Can of cream of chicken

-Onions (optional)

-Butter (optional)

-Polska keilbasa (or smoked sausage)

-Garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper

-Cheddar cheese (grated or shredded)

Detailed Steps:

-Preheat oven to 375

-dump frozen hasbrowns into a 9x13

-(I precook kielbasa in air fryer while oven is preheating) 375 for 15 mins

-(optional: sauté onions in butter)

-whisk together milk, sour cream and canned soup in a bowl with spices

-dump everything on top of hashbrowns

-cover with cheese

-cover with foil, bake for 30 mins

-take foil off bake an additional 15 mins

-broil cheese to crispy if ya want

-let settle and cool

-enjoy!
