that I rely on daily 💻

I love planning and being organised, and I use these tools daily to maximise my productivity and also be efficient with time. Every Sunday I sit down and plan my week ahead, by writing down events, meetings and deadlines in my planner. This year I chose to use the Leuchtturm1917 Weekly planner and notebook, and I love having extra space to write down my weekly tasks, monthly goals, or work deadlines.

Every morning, I update my Notion to-do list for the day, writing down top 3 priorities of the day, as well as other tasks that I want to get done that day. I also update my 12 Week Year tracker, which is a new addition to my Notion planning. Besides daily to-do lists, I also keep track of projects, and my social media calendar for content creation and posting dates. I love keeping it digital, because I can access it on the go.

Lastly, whenever I'm unmotivated, or have a lot to do in one day, I like to either set a timer and try to complete certain tasks within those 20 minutes, or time-block my calendar, for deeper focus sessions. It helps ensure that I get everything done, and it's also nice to dedicate some time without distractions or interruptions.
