2023 Reflection Journaling Prompts ✍🏻

45 days left until the new year!

This is the 2nd post in my end of the year series, where we're preparing for our best year yet together!

The first post explained how I'm preparing for 2024 and you can find it in my Lemon8 profile! Following this post, new years preparation could not be possible without reflection. I usually spend the entire month of November reflecting on my year, goals, relationships, health, career, organization methods, what's working and not working for me anymore.

Spending time with yourself to think about how this year went, what worked out well and what didn't, what I've learned from my mistakes, what I've managed to accomplish, and what I want to focus on next is extremely helpful for goal setting!

I will be making several other posts about goal setting, but for now take some time to yourself and answer these prompts in your journal. Be honest with yourself, introspection will help you learn and grow!
