🫐🍋Easy summer drink!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy summer cocktail/mocktail or drink- it can’t get any easier than this! The blueberry jam adds sweetness and a bright fruity flavor to the lemonade. You could use any jam or preserves you have on hand. This recipe makes only one serving of blueberry jam lemonade spritzer but you could easily quadruple it and make it in a pitcher for a party.

Drink for 1

Ingredients

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp blueberry jam

sugar, honey, or your sweetener of choice (optional)

sparkling water

Add 2 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp blueberry jam to a tall glass. If using sweetener, add it in. Stir until well combined. Fill glass with ice and top off with sparkling water. Gently stir and enjoy!

Add a splash of gin, vodka, or tequila for a quick cocktail!
