Dining at ATLAS Bar - Are their food items good?

I went to ATLAS for dinner yesterday and I want to share my experience with their food items! It’s my first time eating there as I only went there for their afternoon tea, or usually for their drinks 🤩

Lobster Roll💐 4/5

I liked this! There were chives and celery together in the lobster and it tasted very refreshing! The bread was also very nice, the butter taste was strong but not overpowering. Would order this again!

Pork Collar💐 4/5

My friend ordered this and she said it was good! The meat was tender and though she is beef lover she thinks the pork is on par with the beef here! Personally I’m not a fan of pork so I will just rate this like a 3/5, really depends on individual’s preference 🤗

Steak Frites - Sirloin💐 3.5/5

You can choose either 200g Sirloin or 300g Tenderloin for this which I chose the former. I thought it was a little too tough for medium rare but still edible. THE WHITE SAUCE ON THE SIRLOIN WAS AMAZING THOUGH. I think it’s smoked bone marrow butter? It’s super nice eh I love it 🥹 Overall it was still pretty decent, maybe the next time I will try the Tenderloin😇

Orange Blossom Martini💐

I think drinks are quite subjective so will not be rating them! This drink was too smoky and strong for us hence we didn’t like it.

Sloe & Tonic💐

This was for me and I loved it! Really great for those who love a sweeter taste. This is not a cocktail, so they will give the tonic on the side and you pour it yourself according to your liking. Super refreshing 👍🏻

Chateau L’Escadre Grande Reserve 2016💐

Not too strong or spicy. Smooth finish as well hence we ordered a second bottle 😬 Would love to try their other wine options the next time!

Not to mention the ambience is really really nice especially as it gets later at night and also remember to take picture on the top!

They are pretty strict about the 2 hours dine limit, we managed to get an extra 1 hour because we order a second bottle of wine. The food really exceeded my expectations and I would be back to try the other items!

Do make a reservation because I heard they are always full house! Otherwise you can try your luck to walk in but seats are not guaranteed so a reservation is definitely safer.
