have you heard of doenjang jiggae?

saw doenjang paste the other day at kim's mart for only 8 ringgit so i had to get it!

the reason why i love korean food is bc it's so comforting yet nutritious?! and most of the time really easy to put together!

today, william had late night meetings so that means dinner alone! 🙆🏻‍♀️

people say there's no point cooking for one bc there's too much work, but cooking for ☝️ can be so fun, easy and chill 😋

doenjang jiggae for ☝️

1. add in oil, garlic, 4 slices of thinly sliced beef ( im using striploin)

2. stir fry until the meat is cooked & add 200ml rice water. boil for a few mins while u chop zucchini & potatoes.

3. add in zucchini & potatoes. zucchini adds sweetness. add in scallion whites, 1 tbsp of doenjang & 1/4 tbsp of gochujang (optional!)

4. finally add in your garnish & seasoning (i add scallions, sesame oil, sesame seeds)
