Today is another rice paper dumplings recipe! Today i filled the rice paper with cooked chicken. So you don’t have to worry about the uncooked chicken, because you stir fry the chicken first until it’s cooked🥰
Here’s the recipe:
Ingredients:
⭐️ 12-16 sheets of rice paper
⭐️ 120 gr ground chicken
⭐️ Chopped onion
⭐️ Chopped gren onion and garlic
Seasonings:
⭐️ 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
⭐️ 1 tsp oyster sauce
⭐️ A pinch sugar and pepper
⭐️ Sesame oil
Method:
1. Sauté the chopped onion, garlic and green onion until softened.
2. Then add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. And add the seasonings and mix it well until combined. Set it aside.
4. And then soak your rice paper in water for a few seconds then place it into a cutting board.
5. Fill it with the cooked chicken and fold them well.
6. Make sure to double the rice paper to prevent from breaking.
7. Then fry until crispy and serve on a plate!
