Making The Viral Rice Paper Dumpling 🥟🥰

Today’s recipe is the viral rice paper dumpling!! It’s so chewy and crispy because in this dumpling recipe we will use rice paper as dumpling wrapper!!🥰🥰

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

⭐️ Chopped king oyster mushrooms

⭐️ Chopped carrots

⭐️ Chopped Green onion

⭐️ Chopped Garlic

⭐️ Tofu

⭐️ 1 tbsp soy sauce

⭐️ 1 tbsp oyster sauce

⭐️ Salt, pepper and chili powder

⭐️ 8 sheets of Rice paper

Method:

1. Chopped all the veges for filling.

2. Stir fry the veges until cooked and add tofu and mix it well.

3. Then add the seasoning and set it aside.

4. Soaked the rice paper with water and place it into a cutting board.

5. Place the filling in the middle and fold it into squares. (Double wrap it).

6. Fry them on both sides until crispy and it’s done!
