30 day challenge!

Feel free to go along with me! I am currently on day 4 but I will be updating every 10 days in the comments and at the end of the 30 days I will post! I am 7 months postpartum and just trying to do what I can to learn to love my new body. I figured posting on this app will help keep me accountable. I am also doing different glute workouts, eating high protein, drinking plenty of water, and walking a mile daily. (Also I am 100 percent tensing my abdomen in this photo obviously lol)
