Work a Shift at Target with Me!

Day in my life as a fulfillment team member at Target!

Here are the three tasks I typically do when I am working a fulfillment shift:

1.  I always start my shifts by picking a few batches that were placed on Target.com. I will grab items from the floor and prep them for packaging later on in the day. This will normally take me a few hours or until I am assigned to do something else.

2. After picking orders, I start to pack orders. This is super fun! I am always intrigued by what others buy and it even influences me too. If a product goes viral and I start packing lots of it, I question if I should buy it too. This is risky as I am easily convinced LOL

3. Towards the end of my shift, I begin sorting the boxes onto the pallet. This makes it easier for when Fedex comes to pick up the pallet. If the pallet is stacked incorrectly, the boxes on the pallet could fall when we are transporting it.
