i’ve been SO obsessed with these mini pancakes for a while now and i’m not sure why 😅

they’re so delicious and so easy to make - it only takes 1 min to 1.5 mins in the microwave and they come out PERFECT 🫶🏼

perfect if you’re in need of a quick breakfast on the go or working from home like me! 👩‍💻

this is how i make them but there’s a wide variety of ways to prepare these and things to add for extra flavor such as:
