MUST-VISIT SUPPER SPOT IN JB 🤩🤩

get your lok lok, wanton mee, dimsum & otah fix all in one place at this supper spot (restoran ah piaw) located just 15 minutes away from JB customs!! 🤭

ah piaw wanton noodles 阿標雲吞面 in taman sri tebrau ranks with the best wanton mee stalls in JB. their self made noodles are distinctive because they are slightly skinnier than those of other good wanton mee stalls! the noodles are also just as crunchy and springy, and the texture is a little different because of the more slender strands. what i love most about the wanton noodles at ah piaw is that there is just enough sauce to coat the noodles plus a little more, but it is not the drippier kind found elsewhere. however, the char siew slices are the drier type which is quite typical of JB wanton mee. one small and medium plate of wanton mee costed RM8.50 (SGD 2.57) and RM9.50 (SGD 2.87) respectively! super worth it and i’m definitely coming back for more!!

there’s also dimsum and otah located right beside the wanton store 🤩 sadly, we did not try the dimsum because we were too full from the wanton mee and lok lok but seeing the tables beside us who ordered the dimsum, it looked so delicious!!! definitely a must try when i revisit 😗

last but not least, theres also a lok lok store that is located in restoran ah piaw. they have a wide range of skewers — from meat, vegetable and seafood! i absolutely love their tri chilli as it goes super well with their lok lok!! however, their lok lok is pretty pricey and it costed us ~SGD20 🫣🫣

so, if you're looking for a place to satisfy your cravings for lok lok, wanton mee, dim sum, and otah, then restoran ah piaw would definitely be a great choice!
