1. Greek Yogurt bowl: I like mine with some fruit, cereal, and nuts for good texture.

2. Hard boiled eggs: I like mine with a lot of salt and pepper. Great for on the go too!

3. Edamame: Delicious and packed with so much protein and fiber.

4. Cottage cheese: you can go sweet or savory with this. Add pineapple and honey or cherry tomatoes and Everything But The Bagel seasoning.

5. Protein smoothie: mix protein powder with banana, milk, and peanut butter and you got yourself a milkshake that’ll keep you full.

6. Protein bar: My favorite are the RX bars or Perfect bars <3

7. Protein cereal: pour a protein shake over your favorite high fiber cereal with some fruit and voila!

8. Cheese stick: Shockingly high in protein, these bring me back to childhood!
