5. Protein smoothie: mix protein powder with banana, milk, and peanut butter and you got yourself a milkshake that’ll keep you full.

7. Protein cereal: pour a protein shake over your favorite high fiber cereal with some fruit and voila!
8. Cheese stick: Shockingly high in protein, these bring me back to childhood!
