Learn to trust your INTUITION

We all have this power—

It’s that gut feeling.. so deep and innate that there’s never a separate explanation for things other than “my gut feels it” sensation

To practice this, I like to play games with myself. For example when I’m driving in the car, I like to sense what song will come on next on the radio. Or when I’m at a stop light, I like to guess which lane will get the green light first- simple game that challenge my gut feeling

It’s important to learn and practice these on our own so that we can bette understand them when they try to warn us of danger or situations. Ever been out at night walking to your car alone and had this immense fear out of no where? Thats your intuition!!
