I live in Houston, TX 🤠 but I’m from the Midwest 🌾

I’ve been married to my husband Mark for almost 7 years (we got married when I was 19 💍)

I’m allergic to dogs and cats and it’s literally the bane of my existence because I have a visceral reaction anytime I see one 🥲💔

I talk about poop. A lot (follow me on Insta for daily poop polls 💩).

I’m a CPT and have been a fitness & nutrition coach for 5 years! I’ve personally gained over 30 lbs during my own fitness journey, and love helping other women facilitate positive change in their own lives 💪🏼
