4. roasted sweet potato, cuban black beans, asparagus, caramelized onion, mushroom, avocado, vegan ricotta, spicy honee mustard

5. vanilla chia pudding with fresh berries, banana, mango, coconut yogurt, pepitas, cinnamon

6. coconut yogurt bowl with fresh figs, coconut-oil fried plantain, fresh berries, almond butter, cinnamon, pink salt

7. ‘fish’ taco with jackfruit fillet, fresh mango, coconut yogurt, avocado cashew cream, pickled red cabbage, jalapeño, almond flour tortilla

8. crispy cajun tofu with roasted sweet peppers, onions, mushrooms, garlicky hearts of palm rice, mixed greens, local microgreens
