Thai beef drunken noodles

For dinner I wanted to make one of my favorite Thai dishes but with less than 2 grams of carbs. At Walmart they carry these low carb plant based fettuccine noodles that are only 5 calories and 1 gram of carbs.

The great news is that this meal takes less than 15 minutes to cook and serve. And in no time you can be sitting down enjoying these flavorful meal. The Thai basil and fish sauce build a great herb, sweet foundation for the sweet honey. While the vinegar lends a nice tartness.
