is glasshouse creamery worth the hype?🍦🧇

hi zestiesss, i recently visited the glasshouse creamery located in the east and here are my thoughts on their ice cream and waffles!

we had their honey lavender and pistachio ice cream, alongside their mochi waffles and the total was — $16.90 (i believe this does fit the regular price range for ice cream and waffles but correct me if im wrong!)

i personally felt that the honey lavender 🍯 had a strong lavender taste but i couldn’t really taste much of the honey. as someone who usually orders 25% sugar for my milk tea, this was slightly too sweet for me, especially when i had it with the mochi waffle 🤥 however, if u have a sweet tooth then i would recommend you to try it! (7/10)

on the other hand, the pistachio ice cream 🌰was pretty good as i could really taste a strong nutty flavour and it was less sweet compared to the honey lavender. my friend felt that it was really good and paired well with the waffle. (7.5/10)

lastly, the mochi waffle 🍡🧇 was actually one of the better ones i’ve had. the mochi was soft and chewy but not too sweet, so i would give it a 8/10.

on a side note, i felt that the flavours were pretty limited compared to the other places ive been to, hence u might or might not have something u would WANT to try.

overall, i would say that it is worth a try if i am in the area but i probably wouldn’t make a trip down specifically :””)
