2024 Reset: Finally Made A Skincare Shelf 💁🏻‍♀️🎀☁️

New year, new room set up 🥵 In case you needed that push to clean up your room for the new year, this is your sign to get started.

SO, one of my goals for 2024 is to gradually declutter and organise my room! The first step: tackling the skincare shelf.

Previously my wall shelf housed mundane essentials, like books and my filming equipment. But, I never liked how it looked because it was so dull and it wasn’t maximising the space 🥵. Meanwhile, my skincare and perfume bottles were all cramped up in my wardrobe —to the point that I’d be scared to grab something in case it falls out. So, it made sense to me to make the switch. (Plus, skincare is always a lot prettier to look at 🥹)

☁️ The Process

I dedicated an entire day to cleaning up both shelves. The result of my decluttering was at least 3 garbage bags worth of trash 🥹 I’ve also installed some LED lights because I’m that ✨ EXTRA ✨

☁️ My Organization

My shelf is organised according to different categories:

1. Perfumes/Fragrances,

2. Aesthetic/Sponsored Products,

3. Daily Necessities

4. Unused/unopened products.

☁️ Overall: I’m super happy with how it turned out! It’s been so much easier to reach for items I need to get ✨
