When you mix two desserts into one, it only gets better 😏
- 2 tbsp Matcha.com matcha powder
- 1 cup water
- 3 1/3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 1/4 cups glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
— Preheat the oven to 350F
— Line a 7x7 or 8x8 inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
— In a small bowl, combine melted butter, oil, and matcha. Mix until smooth.
— Add water and mix. Set aside.
— In a large bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
— Add the wet ingredients into the large bowl, and mix well.
— Incorporate eggs and vanilla, and mix until the batter is smooth.
— Pour the mixture into the lined square pan.
