My First 🍋8 Post!

Hi 🍋8! Ithis is my first post and I decided my #dinner tn would be a good start.

As a young woman with #ADHD , and working with the public on a daily basis, sometimes it becomes too much - the day catches up to you.

My day started with my being anxious, almost calling out of work. Then the day went on and I went to work and the anxiety faded but the grumpies kicked in.

I got home and needed to eat so I made pasta salad. Then I fell asleep on the couch 🛋️ no one was home it was perfect 👌🏻

I woke up and needed to just make food and eat. So I did! I cut up some chicken and sautéed it in yummy seasonings, grabbed some strawberries 🍓 and more pasta salad and had myself a not-so-put-together-post-ADHD-meltdown dinner. I’m happy to report I’m feeling much better 😌✨🫶🏻
