I love salmon so much!

🍅This is the tomato scrambled egg version of cheese baked rice.

Even my husband said it tastes better than the ones in restaurant 😎😋

🌿Ingredients: 200g salmon fillet, 1 large tomato, 2 eggs, 1 bowl of cooked rice, half a bowl of cooked corn kernels, 1 bowl of shredded cheese, 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 tbsp of chopped onion, 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, mixed herbs , black pepper, sugar, salt, water

👩‍🍳Steps:

1. Slice salmon, sprinkle with a little salt, black pepper, and mixed herbs.

2. Place in air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes (Preheat first if using oven).

3. Make a cross on the bottom of tomato with a knife, soak it in boiling hot water for about 3 minutes until it starts to peel, take it out and put into cold water to cool down.

4. Peel off tomato skin and cut into small pieces

5. Beat the eggs and season with a little salt and pepper.

6. Add a little oil to a pan, sauté chopped garlic and onion until fragrant.

7. Add tomatoes and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of hot water, tomato sauce, salt and sugar, stir well and cook for 1 minute.

8. Pour in egg liquid, when the egg liquid solidifies, add cooked rice and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add cooked corn kernels and stir-fry, then pour the rice into a baking container.

10. Spread a layer of shredded cheese, a layer of salmon, and another layer of shredded cheese.

11. Place in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees with double top heat for 5-7 minutes (observe and adjust the timing accordingly)
