APRIL AFFIRMATIONS 🌷


The way I say my affirmations ⬇️

• I say the entire list outloud once

• Then I say each affirmation 3x or more, one after the other

• Lastly, I run through the list one last time

The point of affirmations is to BELIEVE they are true. While saying these outloud, envision yourself receiving whatever it is your saying.

If this is hard for you, try adding “I am in the process of: xyz” and this will help you get into the vibration to eventually say them in present tense.
