Coriander Lime Sliced Noodles 🌿🍜

Super easy and super addictive! Same method as making chili oil noodles but with the addition of coriander and lime for that extra umphh 😋

Recipe is mostly eyeballed, adjust accordingly to your preference ✨

1. In a bowl add in chili flakes, sugar, chicken cube/stock, A LOT of chopped coriander (daun ketumbar) and pour in hot oil.

2. Stir combined and infused, then add in soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil and salt to taste.

3. Boil your sliced noodles and once cooked, drain the noodles then toss into your chili oil mixture.

4. Mix and adjust flavours accordingly. Enjoy! 🌟
