I've always enjoyed a marinated egg when I order ramen at a restaurant, decided to make some my own 😎. You can eat this on it's own as a snack, with hot rice or as a topping with your soupy noodles. This recipe is very simple, doesn't take up much effort (just accurate timing! 😆).
Ingredients:
🥚 3 eggs
🧅 1/2 onion - diced
🧄 1 clove garlic - diced
🌶 2 chilis - choppedd/diced
✔ 1 tbsp sugar
✔ 1 tbsp vinegar
✔ 1 tbsp sesame oil
✔ 1/4 cup light soy sauce
✔ 1/4 cup water
Tip! ⚠ To ensure your eggs are fully marinated, place a folded paper towel on top the eggs wetting the towel with the mixture. The next day when you want to eat the eggs, just remove the towel and enjoy your full marinated eggs 😚
